Cute, cuddly... and Angry

Want to turn your love of Angry Birds into something more substantial? Then what you need is the Angry Birds plush toy collection, available now from Firebox.

These pint-sized critters come in three sizes, allowing you to pledge your allegiance to the squawking characters to whatever extent you’re comfortable.

For the most ardent fan, the 8in full-size plush toy (£9.99) will no doubt appeal the most. You can choose from a red, yellow or blue bird, or go for the dark side and opt for a green evil pig character instead.

The mini plush toys (£4.99) may not offer as much in terms of size, but you do get the added bonus that they chirp and squawk away just like they do in the game. There’s more choice here, too: in addition to the three birds and pig offered in the larger size, you can pick up a mini bird in black and white too.

Lastly there’s the Angry Birds Backpack Clip (£3.99), a more subtle declaration of love for the game’s characters that attaches to a bag or backpack via a colourful clip and is available in red, yellow and blue bird varieties.

The cuddly toys will be heading out of Firebox’s doors in late February, but pre-orders are being taken from today, and we expect you’ll want to get in quickly while stocks last.
