DJ Hero gets a not so heroic price tag
Start saving now, folks. DJ Hero is not going to be cheap!
Wannabe DJs (that includes you Moyles), brace yourselves… we’ve just heard the price for upcoming DJ game, DJ Hero, and it’s not cheap!
We heard early last month that our American cousins would be getting DJ Hero – the much anticipated DJ version of Guitar Hero – for $120 (or around £73 in our money). Still fairly expensive, but affordable. So how much will Activision charge us Brits when it gets released in October? A whopping £108!
Now that’s not to say that retailers won’t drop the price significantly. Still, when we heard that £108 price tag it was about as welcome as a swift kick to the unmentionables. But then that’s the price you’ll have to pay if you want to be a budding DJ. And let’s face it, it’s still considerably cheaper than proper decks.
