This is just a monitor, not an all-in-one PC. Plug it into a desktop (or possibly a laptop) via USB (for touch interface) and either DVI or VGA-D-Sub (to run display) and you're good to go.
If you want an all-in-one you need to get something else.
I personally think its an advantage not to have the computer in with the screen as one big point-of-failure.
