Dell Adamo XPS is one slim laptop

Fwd Tech  Tuesday 13 October 2009

Dell Adamo XPS is one slim laptop Dell has taken the already thin laptop and made it thinner!

Remember the Dell Adamo and what you thought was an impossibly slim body? Well, the previously duller-than-Gordon Brown computer company has surprised us again, with the Dell Adamo XPS laptop. A notebook so thin it makes us suck in our bellies every time we see it through shame.

Just how slim is slim where the Dell Adamo XPS is concerned? A mere 9.9mm thin! How thin is that? Well, it’s roughly the width of two iPod nanos and you know how thin they are!

What else is known about the Dell Adamo XPS? Not too much actually. Dell is playing its cards close to its chest, teasing us with the odd image. What we do know, however, is that it will feature a USB port and display port socket (you can see them in the picture), and some sort of crazy hinge that allows it to stand up.

As soon as Dell confirms the all-important specification, price and availability we’ll get back to you. Until then marvel at the slender XPS in the image above.
