Click KeyPad Watch looks like a keyboard: The perfect stocking filler?

In the run up to Christmas it’s time to start thinking about what make the ideal stocking filler for the gadget fan. Perhaps something like this. The Click KeyPad is watch that looks like a mini keypad on your wrist that tells the time in a most peculiar fashion.

Obaku outs ultra thin V140G sports watch

The fact that the Click KeyPad is a watch is sure to stump many. Have you worked how it tells the time yet? Read on to find out how it’s done.

Did you guess right? To tell the time you simply press any number. The time will then blink in single digits. So if the time was 09:15am the zero, nine, one and then five would blink in that order – easier than you thought it would be, right?
Pressing the hash key shows users the date. Zero, seven, two, four would mean July 24. As dimensions go the Click KeyPad measures 40mm x 46mm x 10.5mm. It may look a tad chunky, but as gadget-themed stocking fillers go, they don’t come much more tech than this.

Devon Tread 1: a bullet-dodging beauty

The Click KeyPad watch is available to order from maker Watchismo for the U.S price of $89.99. Shipping is available worldwide, and it even comes in a neat box mimicking the buttons on a full-size keyboard. Fancy it?
