BT broadband on a budget!
Hit by the recession? Check out BT's Credit Crunch-beating broadband offer
Budget got you down last week? Laugh in the face of Alistair Darling’s red briefcase and take advantage of BT’s new broadband package – the cheapest home and mobile broadband package in the UK.
So what does the deal entail? Well, you’ll get 8MB wireless home broadband, HSDPA mobile broadband and a USB dongle for just £15.65 a month. That’s just over 50 penny sweets a day!
Coming under the BT Total Broadband umbrella, the package gives mobile broadband users a monthly limit of 1GB, plus use of BT’s 400,000 BT FON wireless hotspots around the world, not to mention BT Openzone hotspots in the UK and Ireland, including those recently rolled-out in 650 branches of Starbucks!
Customers will have to sign up for 18 months, though. Don’t worry we’ve done the math. That comes out at £308.08 (as long as they stay within the 1GB monthly allowance). That apparently will undercut its nearest rival by at least £100. Nice.

How many customers are BT going to lose by insisting on having home broadband to get the mobile broadband? This is ridiculous and another poor showing by BT as far as Imm concerned. 1 out of 10.
