3DS console demand will be met: Nintendo
If you want one, you should be able to get one
Nintendo has assured eager UK gamers anxious to get their hands on the 3DS that there are sufficient stocks of the 3D handheld to meet any demand.
The 3DS has hit the streets on the same day as iPad 2, but despite launching to similar levels of anticipation Nintendo says it doesn’t foresee any supply issues.
Speaking about the number of consoles Nintendo had built up ahead of today’s launch, spokesperson James Honeywell claimed: “I know we haven’t published an actual number, and I know there have been a lot of reports out there talking about numbers. All of those numbers are way short of the actual number.
“So there is literally no reason why you won’t be able to go out tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday and buy one.”
Sounds like good advice to us.
