Sony Ericsson is predicting 20-megapixel camera phones
Sony Ericsson predicts camera phones will soon feature 20-megapixel snappers and full HD video capture, in news sure to have standalone digital cameras and camcorders cowering.
That’s the exciting prediction from a recent Sony Ericsson press conference, where a slide was shown illustrating that mobiles will not only feature up to 20-megapixels, but full 1080p HD video camcorder capabilities too.
Other features emerging from Sony Ericsson’s crystal ball included super slick screen resolutions and turbocharged 100Mbps Internet connections.
But don’t get too excited as we’ll have to wait four more years just to see if these predictions come true.

Well considering what they have released to date.... I think that 2012 is a bit on the lenient side... 2010 sounds more like it!
