Want to help us film The Gadget Show?
On the afternoon of Thursday 14th October, The Gadget Show is going to put consumer video technology to the ultimate test – and we need you to help us do it!
Our experiment will take place in Birmingham, and all we need you to do is turn up with whatever you would normally use to film something. This could be anything from a handycam to mobile phone – what you use isn’t important, as long as you don’t mind us grabbing the footage afterwards!
If you’re free on that afternoon and in Birmingham, drop us a line at gadget.takeover@northonetv.com and tell us your name and what you think you will bring down to film with. We’ll be in touch shortly with more information about where you need to be and when!
And, keep an eye on this page as we’ll be posting more information here as soon as we have it.

Unfortunately I do not think we would be able make this great event but would be happy to send one of our HD SPY PENS free to be used on the day! We have sample video footage taken that may be viewed on our website here: http://www.gadgetfreakz.co.uk/spy-equipment/720p-hd-spy-pen-4gb-usb.html Hope to hear from you and look forward to hearing watching the outcome of this exciting experiment!

I wish I could go to Birmingham and bring my 3D lens attachment on my camcorder in field sequential full colour 3D,because Im free on thursday, but as I work at a plastics factory called "Thumbs Up" in Bury,Lancashire,I work Monday to Wednesday 8.30 to 6pm,but Birmingham is a long way away from Manchester, its expensive to get there and back, and if I did bring my camcorder,it might get stolen in Birmingham,as I have not been there before. And if it is crowded, where ever this event is held, say Birmingham's N.E.C or the National Indoor Arena (Gladiator's TV place),if Im far away from the presenters,I may not get chance to film them, and if I can't bring my camcorder with 3D lens attachment,I could bring 2 mobile phones side-by-side each other,to film the gadget show in 3D. I wish I could film the episode of the gadget show in full colour, field sequential 3D,and when it is played back,it can be 2D,full colour shutter 3D,left/right 3D (for 3D Ready TV's) and coloured paper glasses 3D,red/cyan,yellow/blue (channel 4 week 3D glasses) and green/magenta HD 3D.Easy!!

Justin, why do you think that your camcorder would get stolen in Birmingham, because you haven't been there before? So it couldn't get stolen in Manchester, because you have been there before?
