Unless you’re locked up in a bunker somewhere you may have noticed that it’s snowing a bit outside, which is a bit of an understatement given that this is the most snowfall we’ve had in 15 to 20 years! If you didn’t predict that, well, perhaps you could have predicted that the transport network would grind to a halt.

Still it gives you some time to go out and hit the white stuff which, coincidentally, Jason did not so long ago in Austria. Our most bald of Gadget Show presenters was testing his top five ski gadgets, from handy mountain GPS units and thermal in-soles for your boots, to action cams and mobile phone gloves!

Okay, you might not have any of these gadgets to hand, but now you’ll know what you need for the next time Britain thinks it’s Siberia… which is tomorrow, unfortunately.
