Have your say: What's your favourite retro video game?
In this week’s web TV I’ve got the great job of testing out a variety of ways to enjoy a spot of retro gaming. Through some fab websites and apps I’m served up some of the absolute classics that seemed so high-tech at the time.
If you were a kid in the 80s then you’ll probably remember gaming classics for the ZX Spectrum such as Jet Set Willy and Horace Goes Skiing. Or perhaps you were more of a fan of Bubble Trouble or Streetfighter? Or perhaps you simply wasted, I mean spent, countless hours mastering Tetris?
Check out this week’s edition to find out the best places to pick up some choice retro games. But also – let us know what you think. What was your childhood classic and which console has a special place in your heart? Share the nostalgia in the comments section below…

Maybe not old enough to know the real retro games, but Heart Of Darkness for Playstation 1 was so awesome I still play it now !!

The Forrest at Worlds End, Xenon 2 and Sim City. If I'd spent the same amount of time learning instead of playing these I'd be fluent in 6 languages!! I too am a big fan of Jet Set Willy. If you release a game now where you had to go down the toilet there would be an uproar! Also of note: Paperboy, Doom and Sensible Soccer.

Console: Super Streefighter 2 Turbo on SNES Button mashing at it's best. PC: Desert Combat (Battlefield 1942 Mod) The best FPS I have ever played. And, Pollyanna = wow ;)

Anything by Ultimate: Play the Game (now RARE). A game called Wizball on the Commodore 64 - it would really suit a remake as downloadable content on today's consoles. Probably not-so-retro would be Blast Corp on the N64.

It has to be space invaders on an atari console the first proper video console, I thought it was brilliant not having to play at the arcades at 10p a game.

Arcades were the best by far "Robo Cop" and of course "Afterburner". Stood in the local fairground or bus station whilst wagging school. Good old times.
