Gadget Show Live video extravaganza!
The Gadget Show Live is now well and truly under way and I’ve been roaming the packed floors of the Birmingham NEC soaking up the atmosphere and searching for the top tech picks from the show.
There’s an eye-watering amount of stuff to take in, but I’ve been chatting with manufacturers and retailers such as Sonos, Mattel, Iomega Packard Bell and PC World, as well as exploring the different zones and checking out the future of tech first-hand.
I even managed to squeeze in a chat with my old mate Ortis – as you’ll see..
Check out the Gadget Show video page here for all the latest videos straight from the show floor…

Dear Sir, We have an issue about the gadget Show Live show at the NEC, which spoiled the day for my 11 year old daughter. Could you please give me the contact details of someone to whom I can make an official complaint about this please? Best Regards, Mike Shepherd

Hi ya Gadget Show and Gadget Show Live, Just got back from this years Awesome GSL 2010 A truely fantastic show - with brilliant gadge-a-plenty in each of the theme zones to view, try and thankfully buy. The reviews of traders and their gadgets from the beautiful Dionne on the WEB show gave me a great insight prior to my visit. Which was extremely helpful. Thank you. The SONY Super Theatre with Jason, Suzi, Jon and Ortis was a real treat. The FIVE studio was also a really great addition. I'm an even bigger kid than ever with my SWAP watch. You might even say the next James Bond. Well Done Gadget Show - See you next year if i can get a ticket :)

A huge thank you and note of respect to Mr David Bailey of MotorMouse (the gent who appeared on Dragon's Den), I had purchased the devices from one of their distributors for a Christmas present, which had gone faulty since then. Upon mentioning to David regarding the problem, he very kindly offered to replace it with no quibble whatsoever. Thank you David, this kind of customer service is very rarely heard of these days !! Kind regards, Alan French

I love GSL :-) Lots of stuff to play with, i was especially looking forward to 3d tvs which were awesome. I even got up on stage in the super theatre thanks to the rollercoaster competition thing, that was so scary haha. Can't wait for next years!

Hi, went to GSL on Saturday, had a great time, the zones were really well laid out with the 'tested to Destruction' by the entrance a fun way to enter. The Live show itself was really well done a nice mixture of tech and entertainment. Only gripe is the awkwardly forced section on the live show where the presenters asked the audience if there were any competition winners and would you believe it there were 3!. They were blatantly planted there and it was a horribly embarrassing moment, please don't do that again 5.

we all had a fantastic time at the GSL - me and my brother loved the game zone, mum loved the hall of fame and dad loved...well Suzi Perry! It was great to shake hands with Jason and Suzi even though we sat right at the back, and I won the Sony HD Bloggie with my impression of John "SPLENDID"! Thanks so much, I love it and had a wonderful day.

We had a great time at the Gadget Show - not too crowded, lots to see, great show, and I thought the NEC is a central location and easy to get to. I want a flying penguin-beautiful! My teenage daughter definitely wants to go again!

Hi, I too would like to make a complaint so can anyone tell me how I go about doing this? I placed an order on the last day of the Show with one of the exhibitors; The Memories Gallery. Four weeks later I am still waiting for my order, having already paid for it on the day and I have a feeling that this is a bogus company. I have tried contacting them by email with no response; repeatedly calling both numbers listed on their website (which is just a holding page) and both numbers just ring out. Therefore, I would like GSL to look into this for me! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We too were ripped off by The Memories Galley" at Gadget Show Live NEC 9th April. Paid £40 for two frames, they ahve never arrived. Now i find the company has form for this, see link and comment on the story. http://www.warringtonguardian.co.uk/news/4837120.Fury_as_festive_orders_from_picture_frame_stall_don_t_arrive/ We have stopped watching the show because it just reminds us of being ripped off, and money I can ill afford to loose, now ex-Gadget Show viewers

Hi, we too were ripped off by memories gallery. I managed to get through to Paul once. He promised to look in to it and call me back. Needless to say - he didn't. Now no answer on any of their numbers and no reply to emails.

Just a note to anyone that was ripped off by memories-gallery. If you paid by card, contact your card issuer (even if it was a debit card). They, in most cases, can chargeback the transaction. They will credit your account and it is then for MG to provide written evidence that they have delivered for them to get the cash back from the bank! I don't mind them getting the cash back again, so long as I get my frames! My card was a visa debit (not delta) and the bank had no quibbles in crediting this back.

This is about Memories Gallery. I purchased two mounts and frames from this so called company on 2nd April 2010 at Ideal Home Exhibition. I have not received my mounts from them after speaking to a PAUL a couple of times now and sent e-mails. He says he will look into this , but he never bother to replies. I paid £40 for this. Wot a ripe off. Please advise me what to do now.
