It’s nearly Christmas, which can only mean one thing – loads of amazing gadget presents for under the tree. But, if you’re like me, you’ll want to get the very best value for money on your gadget purchases.
I went shopping around for pressies for my fellow Gadget Show presenters, but I found that prices for my chosen items varied greatly, so I tested some price comparison services.
I then chipped some more from the prices using discount voucher codes and even managed to get some cashback.
Job done! All the more to spend on mince pies for me…

The savings made were really good, definately an eye opener. Ortis could have however saved a further £2.43 on Uncharted 2 by ordering the game from ShopTo.net £29.99! Found this site completely by chance when browsing one day, have absolutely no ties with this place at all, just thought I'd share it with all the bargain hunters lookin for a sweet deal this xmas. They are NOT always the cheapest though so definately keep Ortis's tips in mind.

Is Freebiejeebies safe I have looked at the website claiming to be able to do this and it works by giving rewards for getting referals to sign up for online offers. Also Tom Carver of the BBC reporting on confirmed legitimate reward sites giving away free iPods and other gifts a/ is it safe for me to sign up? b/ if others do are they in any danger of malicious activity online? 3) worth it? Thanks for your help
