Motorola Milestone – out on Monday
Another exciting day for mobile telephony on Monday – as Motorola releases its flagship Android handset, the Milestone.
Known as the Motorola Droid in the US, the Milestone will be the first UK handset to sport Android 2.0 – the next version of the Google operating system. The main difference, apart from the usual tweaks and improvements will be the addition of turn-by-turn navigation on Google maps.
Again, this may herald another nail in the coffin of dedicated sat nav systems. If phones continue to get smarter and packing GPS and sophisticated location-based services, do we really need to carry two gadgets when one will do?
What do you think? Would you buy the Motorola Milestone? Let us know below…

How come that a upto date digital based gadget show like this doesnt have an online entry format for its competition ,i cant afford to keep paying bt or the cost of texts to the extent i would have to to enter all your fantastic competitions as i would like,it seems ludicruss that you dont have a free online entry when you accept written version , surely its quicker and easier to set up an online entry?? Rant over, love the show Pete

I need to know where I can find previous the shows here. I was looking for the show that showed the telephone numbers you can phone direct instead of going through the various loops when you try to contact a organisation.
