A sadly biased review of chalk versus cheese. Tiff only likes cars that he can drive round dry tracks at 30 degrees to the direction of travel in any case. A 3.5 litre rear-wheel drive sports car compared to a 1.8 turbo 4x4 coupe with 43 bhp less is hardly a fair contest, is it?
I wonder which would be faster on a long section of rural A road in Wales, the Scottish Borders or Yorkshire on a miserable winter's day? The Nissan would get you there, but you would have taken 5 years off your life expectancy.
I'm delighted Fifth Gear has been axed. Tiff is a superb driver, a lovely man and a good presenter, so he should be able to find alternative employment in a circus.
