Suzi and Ortis settle into a temporary life of domestic bliss together in an average, suburban home. In their average home Ortis’ challenge was to replace his average tech with energy-saving alternatives to hopefully cut down on running costs and Suzi’s challenge was to cut down on the costs of servicing and powering the existing tech. Who will make the greatest savings?

It's a pity that the MDI Compressed Air Vehicle could not be used for the motoring part of this competition. It is the most efficient electric/hybrid car: three hours to charge;180km city - air only;1500km motorway- hybrid; no batteries and compressed air being a mechanical motor is more responsive than an electric motor .
